Blister Sealers are PLC-controlled automatic machines with a balcony structure for packaging contact lenses in pre-formed trays. Four standard models, BS60, BS72, BS72, and BS120, all of which can be customized to different blister shapes and customer specifications and are equipped with automatic contact lens loaders. A major advantage of our machine is that the cover film is sheared in-line from the reel, and this results in savings in the cost of the final package because you buy the reel of printed material instead of buying individual covers.

The balcony structure allows maximum access for cleaning all packing areas. The conduit and pipe passages between the different areas are all located at the bottom of the frame under the slide panels, are accessible for additional maintenance, and have additional space for accessories, valves, electrical junction boxes, and more. The water collection pans are at the rear of the frame, with easy access through the openings of the electrical panels, which are mounted on hinges. Panels are secured with RITTAL-type locks with strict separation between control elements and function groups.
