The product line FarmoDue consists in vertical thermoformers for the production of suppositories as well as liquids, creams, semi-solid products and powders, using thermoformable laminated plastic or aluminium foil.
- control of film splice and micro holes in the forming (PVC), with deactivation of the filling and automatic reject.

STANDARD FUNCTIONALITY
- The cavities are formed by two strips of plastic and can have different shapes.
- The lower trimming is obtained with a shaped cutting die which also helps the opening of the strip.
- The product is dosed with precise volumes in the dosing station, and these volumes can be changed automatically.
- Strips of 28-30 suppositories pass through the cooling tunnel, which has controlled cooling ventilation to solidify the product.
- The strips are sealed on top so that the cavities are airtight.
- Coding can be done on the last group of the sealing unit.
- The upper edge of the strips are cut with circular blades.
- The strips are pre-cut and the final cut generates strips with the required number of suppositories or doses.

micro hole check (only for PVC): stop mode in dosing pump phase and automatic ejection of empty and non-conformed strips at the end of tunnel. - Removable hopper.

sensor and ultrasound reading or with floating level device. - Coding digits for aluminium or pvc.
- Ink-jet coding group.
- Stacking assembly for automatic coupling.
