Farmo Res Prima K7 is an automatic forming machine managed by PLC, with transfer on a single lane, used in different applications and in every industrial sector.
The balcony structure guarantees complete separation between the drive units and the functional units and allows maximum access for cleaning and inspection of all process areas of the package. The lower part of the structure houses electrical cables and compressed air pipes, while the valves, electrical junction boxes and all the components on the machine are accessed from the rear of the frame.
The hinged electrical panel allows inspection of the entire rear frame. Frame made of anodised aluminium and stainless steel. Reel holder integrated in the compact machine frame and reel insertion from the operator front.
All the main movement groups are driven by servomotors that guarantee high positioning accuracy, easy speed and acceleration control and quick step adjustment. All motors are connected with a precise Profibus system that allows parameterization from the display in machine cycle mode. And also: dedicated loading systems based on the type of product; integrated vision system for product control and dedicated systems for connection to the downstream machine
