Renester, machine to order syringes in a Nest
This automated machine arranges syringes in a nest, a bin used to collect syringes after inspection or plunger insertion. The syringes are carried by dedicated conveyors and a carousel separates and places them on a bucket chain. A robot picks up the syringes from the chain and places them in lines in the nest. The nest then exits the machine through a conveyor belt. As an option, the machine can process nests directly from the tubs. Upon request, the machine can be equipped with magazines and control devices.
