FARMO DUE FDM is a range of machines for packaging single-dose products in the pharma sector; it guarantees the simultaneous thermoforming of two reels to assure the perfect alignment of each cavity.
The “balcony” dosing area permits a full inspection of the process and facilitates cleaning procedures.
The dosing volume is automatically set by the operator panel, guaranteeing precision, maximum simplicity and quick format changeover.

✔ Product Check Integration: Farmo Vision is an integrated system of cameras that guarantees total quality control directly by the machine’s HMI, with monitoring of the presence and accuracy of the products. With a sole interface, the Farmo Vision system can manage several cameras on the machine or the whole production line, and provides advanced connectivity solutions for interaction with the company network and other devices.
Two models are available:
FARMO DUE FD11M – Our intermediate model, with a maximum production capacity of 9,000 single doses per hour. Maximum flexibility to manage small and large batches.
FARMO DUE FD22M – Our advanced model, designed to produce up to 20,000 single-doses per hour, is the optimum solution for high-capacity production lines, often connected to an automatic cartoning machine to complete the packaging.
