✔ Extra Clean Options: with ESL (Extended Shelf Life) devices and an ISO 5 environment with laminar flow, treatment and dosing of the product are carried out in the best hygiene conditions. It includes air jets with antibacterial filters and possibility of disinfection with UV-C lamps.
✔ MAP sealing: this innovative system of Packaging in Modified Atmosphere reduces the levels of oxygen inside the packages, with constant monitoring and automatic discard of non-compliant packages to guarantee maximum quality.

• Dosing area: volumetric pumping unit with injector movement for precise dosing.
• Sealing and cutting area: quality controls via FARMO VISION cameras.

• Waste management: separation and efficient collection of waste with non-stop emptying without stopping production.

Extra Clean Options with ESL (Extended Shelf Life) Devices: the Extra Clean options with ESL devices of the SICURA packaging machine were designed to guarantee maximum hygiene and prolong the shelf life of packaged products. These devices combine advanced technology and product dosing in sterile conditions, which are essential for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food sectors. The main components include:

• ISO 5 Laminar Flow over Entire Area: This feature ensures that the whole area subject to the treatment and dosing of the product is kept under a Class ISO 5 laminar flow. This hygiene standard significantly reduces the risk of contamination to provide a controlled environment that prevents the introduction and proliferation of particles and microorganisms.
• Air Jets for Filtered Forming Flow and Cooling: The air jets used in the forming and cooling processes are fitted with antibacterial filters. These filters ensure that the air used is free from contaminants to ensure an even more sterile and safe environment.
• Upgraded Disinfection Machine: The machine is designed to resist and facilitate disinfection. The glass protections and parts in 316L stainless steel are all adapted to ensure total sterilisation. • System for Disinfection of the Forming Film with UV-C Germicidal Lamps: This system uses UV-C light, known for its germicidal properties, to continuously sterilise the forming film before it comes into contact with the product. This ensures that the surface that wraps the product is clean, minimising the risk of microbial contamination.
