FARMO DUE guarantees simultaneous forming of two reels to assure the perfect alignment of each cavity.
Cutting in strips comes immediately after dosing, making inspection easier and facilitating the management and efficiency of the cooling tunnel. The “balcony” dosing area permits a full inspection of the process and facilitates cleaning procedures.
The dosing volume is automatically set by the operator panel, guaranteeing precision, maximum simplicity and quick format changeover.
The Farmo Due machines are both modular:
Module 1 - Cavity forming and product dosing.
Modulo 2 - Cooling tunnel for blister solidification.
Module 3 - Top sealing and cutting.
