AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR THE TREATMENT OF SYRINGES IN DE-NESTER TUB TRAYS

DE-NESTER is an automatic machine for extracting syringes from trays directed to syringe sterilisation. Ideal for the optimisation of production lines, the DE-NESTER is designed to manage syringes directly from the TUBS. The system is particularly suited to feed machines downstream, such as inspection machines, plunger inserters and labelling machines, ensuring a continuous work flow and reducing machine downtime. Equipped with storage units for TUBS and NESTS, or automations for the transfer to other machines.


DE-NESTER is available in configurations of 200 or 400 syringes per minute, offering the versatility to respond to a range of production requirements.
