RE-NESTER 200 / RE-NESTER 400

RE-NESTER is an automatic machine for inserting syringes into trays directed to syringe sterilisation. This system was developed to efficiently manage syringes arriving from machines upstream, organising recovery and accurate repositioning inside their NESTS and TUBS. The RE-NESTER can be integrated with storage units for feeding the NESTS and TUBS or automatically receiving them from other in-line machines; this facilitates internal logistics and improves operating efficiency.

The RE-NESTER is available in configurations of 200 or 400 syringes per minute, offering the versatility to respond to a range of production requirements.
